Bartram Walker Hexham Abbey 2

At the very heart of the Northumbrian market town of Hexham lies its magnificent Abbey.  With Anglo Saxon origins and Roman links it is a very ancient place of worship.

This Grade I listed building now benefits from the most up-to-date lighting so that its splendour can be appreciated even after dark.

Bartram Walker completed this ground-breaking scheme involving the design, supply and installation of the electrical distribution and control system.  They supplied, installed, wired, tested and commissioned the ground and roof mounted floodlights, lanterns and lighting of the perimeter columns.

Testimonial :
“The floodlighting project has only been accomplished through dedicated team work and partnership working. Everybody’s contribution was invaluable in achieving the successful completion of the work.” Mayor of Hexham, Councillor Mrs Ingrid Whale
