The M&E Contracts Division has the facility to offer the client a full Design and Build service including handover of Operation and Maintenance manuals and quality as fitted drawings.
We have enjoyed working with local authorities/building contractors and directly for the end user client on projects of all sizes. Recent projects include schools, hotels and student accomodation.
